Returns
We accept returns within 10 days after your order has been delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused
- In its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Returned with any tags, accessories, or packaging included with the order
If more than 10 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to accept a return.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items without original packaging
- Items returned after the 10 day return period
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Switvault is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during shipping.
How to Start a Return

- The item you would like to return
- The reason for the return
Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note that refunds can take up to 15 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at switvault@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.
We will review the issue and assist you with the next steps.
